Mission Statement
• To serve teenagers with behavioral and family problems by addressing their spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical needs.
• To provide formal training and programming under the direction of positive role models within a supportive setting that facilitates and encourages change.
• To acknowledge that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is important to ensure personal growth and development.
History
• Village Ranch, Inc. was established in the fall of 1988 as an outgrowth of Village Schools of the Bible by a group of Christian businessmen and community leaders as a private, non-profit (501-c3) corporation with the charter to provide services for the growing needs among adolescents and families.
• The Village Rach is licensed for 34 adolescent males, placed through court and/or social services. Four lead staff, 15 primary staff, five administrative staff, and three psychologists are combind to provide over 200 years of service in juvenile justice field.
• Since its inception, Village Ranch has served over 1,000 adolescents and their families from various Minnesota counties. Many have graduated from a Village Ranch program and have returned home, completed their high school education or GED, found steady employment, entered the military, or continued on to advanced education in a variety of fields.
