CTSS - In-Home Skills Services
Children’s Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS) is designed to help young people ages 3 to 18 who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other emotional disturbances or behavioral challenges. CTSS provides individual and/or family-based skills work in the child’s home. CTSS improves day-to-day functioning to provide stability, reduce environmental stressors and teach skills necessary for health living. This type of treatment offers many benefits, including a reduced risk of psychiatric hospitalizations or residential placement.
In-home based services specifically provide evidence-based skills counseling and education to address identified problem(s). Services are provided approximately twice a week for two hours of skills development each session. Every 90 days, a quarterly review is scheduled to evaluate progress that has been made and set appropriate future goals.
We have CTSS programs in Anoka, Cokato, and Hutchinson. All of these locations include outpatient therapy.
